Rules



Players

This mafia is anonymous. Each of you has an alias from the Super Smash Bros series. We reccomend you change your password. At the beginning only you will know your true identity and you can claim to be any alias or user you please.

The hosts are using the alias Masahiro Sakurai, creator of SSB. Down here... we are God.


As long as you are alive you can talk to anyone anywhere about anything. Once you die you can no longer talk to anyone about anything game-affecting, unless you are told otherwise.

You can ask the hosts (dragon777 and AuraKnight, preferably dragon) any question you please through using forum PMs or irc or instant messaging or whatever. Obviously some questions will be unable to be answered. You cannot paste/screenshot anything we tell you in private to try and prove what you are. If someone shows you something like this you must report them to us. They will be god killed swiftly if your evidence is real.

And one more thing:don't be a troll/jerk/anything you wouldn't be on BitF. We know who you are behind the account and are perfectly capable of reporting you.


Days and Nights

This game will start with a Night 0. During this night all kill roles will fail, so don't bother trying to use them. This gives everyone a chance to do something, no one likes being randkilled.

Each night will last until either 48 hours have passed or every user with a night role has sent a PM, whichever comes first. If you have a night role which you do not wish to use please send a PM stating "Night X - Idling" so the game keeps up to a nice steady speed. All PMs must be sent to Masahiro Sakurai.

Each day will last until either a majority lynch Lynch (half of the total remaining players that are able to Lynch +1) is reached or 48 hours has passed, whichever comes first.

Lynching

To lynch a user you must post Lynch User. Only bold votes will be counted, unless you are told otherwise. Each users Lynch is assumed to count for 1. You may be able to Lynch multiple times.

You are unable to edit posts. If you wish to change your Lynch you must make a new post which says Withdraw Lynch for User and Lynch for User2.

If you want to withdraw your Lynch and not Lynch a new user you can post Withdraw Lynch. You can also post Idle. If a majority of people choose to idle during the day no one will be lynched.

If you do not feel a majority has been reached do not complain. It has been reached (trust us).



Misc

If you want to learn more about your character or choose a character to false claim you can visit the SSBB Wiki.

You are allowed to paste a role pm to anyone any time, whether it is real or not. However, you can never show a screenshot of your role PM or create a screenshot of a fake PM. If someone shows you a screenshot of anything in the game (including showing access to sub-forums etc) you must tell us immediately and they will be godkilled.

Do not feel you can hide behind your alias and talk freely of your role. There are many roles in this game which will punish people who reveal too much.

If you find a flaw in the forums which can be abused you must inform us immediately. Do not attempt to gain any sort of advantage, or tell other players of possible flaws. Anyone doing so will be godkilled.

We also recommend you do not put any sensitive information on http://www.pastebin.com, or similar sites, as they are not exactly secure.
